Its very important to drink lots of fluid. Every dietician or doctor you speak to will say that everyone should drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day reagrdless of whether they are on a diet or not. The body is made up of approx 65% water by weight and almost 98% on the molecular scale so it make sense that we need lots of water just to survive. Not that we want to but we can skip days on end without actually eating but we would not survive very long without having water. Both the body and the skin work and look better when our fluid levels are high and then we can easily get rid of toxins.
To lose weight fast and to keep it off long term needs both discipline and consistency. Light dieting, regular exercise and taking the right amount of supplements every day is the way to change your life for ever.
